  Our room on recently renovated 4th floor was sooooo comfortable; my wife and I we were in Quebec City for a rare week-end without the kids and managed to wake up late (!) due to the extremely confortable king size bed and the very efficient blinds. Breakfast was included with the room with allowed us to save time and catch up on our schedule.... ;D //// Notre chambre au 4e étage récemment rénové était telllllllement confortable; ma femme et moi étions dans la ville de Québec pour une rare fin de semaine sans les enfants et nous nous sommes même réveillés tard (!) car le grand lit king était d'un confort exceptionnel et les stores très opaques. Le déjeuner était inclus avec la chambre, ce qui nous a permis de récupéré les minutes dormies en trop... ;D

  The mechanism to open/close the blinds is very noisy; you can clearly hear it when adjacent room operate it. Not an issue with us but our room did not have a bath (only a great shower); if needed, just mention you want a room with a bath in the "comments" section when booking. //// Le mécanisme pour ouvrir/fermer les stores est très bruyant; on entends très clairement quand les chambres adjacentes le font fonctionner. Aussi, ce ne fut pas un problème pour nous, mais notre chambre n'avait pas de baignoire, seulement une superbe douche. Je suppose qu'en mentionnant qu'on veut une chambre avec une baignoire dans la section "commentaire" de la réservation, on peut s'organiser pour vous en attribuer une.

  The hotel was easy to find and it was very clean. The room was a good size and it was nice that there were no carpets.

  You can hear the blinds closing and opening from other rooms. Other than that, everything was good. Would stay here again.

  The staff were very friendly, the room and the Hotel in general is very clean. Every thing on the bed very confortable ,the room has every thing that you need. The Hotel has good breakfast. and an exellent service at the site N.R.with delicious food. The shuttle services was wonderfull .It travel you to Old Quebec .The driver who drove us was so nice he gave information in english spanish and french ,everybody was happy. I enjoyed this trip .everything at this hotel was amazing. .

  If this hotel would have a pool would be the best.

  Everything was perfect and I strongly recommend this hotel and they should consider it as a 4 star hotel.

  We ended up with a Deluxe King room for only $108 + taxes :) It was very spacious & gorgeous. The bathroom & the shower... Omg. Amazing!! We loved our stay and also loved the food from the Normandin restaurant!

  the room and bathroom was really clean and big. the bed was really comfortable.

  the wall was really thin so i can hear every noises from our neighbors. and the muffins in the breakfast wasn't fresh and the glasses, forks and spoons have a lot of stain on them
